Feeling stressed? These days, most of us would probably answer YES! Well it's
time to take care of YOU! This one time, two-hour educational program will address
both physiological and psychological responses to stress and ways to combat stress
(such as nutrition, boundary setting, humor, self-care, etc.).
If you are a parent, caregiver, or...well...just human...this class if for you!

Kimberly Levitan is a clinical social worker in Missouri. Kimberly's focus at Kids,
Inc is group work and educational workshops. Her educational groups for children
range from feelings groups, to relationship and personal safety groups. Her adult
workshops touch on a variety of topics including stress management and parenting.
