Calling for an appointment:
When calling for the first time if you do not reach a receptionist, please leave a message for
Allan Gonsher at ext. 307. He will return your call and help match you with the best doctor or
therapist for you and your child or family.
The first appointment:
Please go to our Client Forms page and print and complete the forms provided and bring them
with you to the first appointment along with your insurance card.
Additional appointments:
Our doctors and therapists keep their own appointment schedules so please leave a message
on their specific voicemail if you need to make a change, cancel, etc.
Insurance:
We accept most major insurance plans. However, you will want to check with your insurance
company before coming to determine if the therapist or doctor you will be seeing is listed as "in
network," confirm your coverage for behavioral health and find out if authorization is needed.
