  • Confirmation of registration will be sent by email within seven days of receiving your
    registration in our office. If you have not received a confirmation, please call our office at
    402.330.4014 ext. 705.
  • Cancellations received seven days prior to the seminar are refundable minus a $25
    administrative charge per registrant.
  • Cancellations received six days or less prior to the seminar date will not receive a
    refund; however, a credit may be given for a future seminar within the following 12
    month period.
  • If you register and do not attend, you are still liable for full payment.
  • Substitutions are allowed as long as we receive information at least two days prior to
    the seminar.
  • Registrants will receive a certificate after payment is received and the course has been
    successfully completed.  If payment is not received seven days before the seminar, a
    certificate may not be present at the seminar.
  • If payment is returned NSF, it will be re-presented electronically and any processing
    fees will be charged to you.
If you attend this seminar and the presentation was not as described here, please
contact us within seven days after the attended seminar.  We will attempt to resolve the
issue in a timely manner and may issue a credit that can be used for a future seminar.
